I consent to the processing of my personal data by SAMUM, Zimowa 5/1, 05-500 Nowa Iwiczna, NIP: PL7321925395, for the purpose of sending me marketing information regarding Pagenza, including information on products, services, features, offers, promotions, educational materials, events, and updates, via electronic mail to the email address provided by me.

This consent includes receiving commercial information and marketing communications electronically, in accordance with applicable laws.

Providing data and granting consent is voluntary. Refusal to consent does not affect the ability to use the Service, unless the specific communication is necessary for the performance of the ordered service, account maintenance, payments, security, or technical communication.

I can withdraw my consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the message received or by contacting hello@pagenza.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

updates and information that are not communications required for the performance of the contract.

6. Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing data for marketing purposes based on this consent is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

To the extent of establishing and defending against legal claims, documenting consent, and ensuring compliance of marketing activities with the law, the legal basis may also be the legitimate interest of the Controller under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. Retention Period

Data processed based on marketing consent is retained until consent is withdrawn, an objection is raised, the user unsubscribes from communications, or the marketing purpose ceases.

Information necessary to demonstrate that consent was granted or withdrawn may be stored for the limitation period of claims or the period required by law.

8. Data Recipients
